“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the spirit” – John 3:8(KJV)
He that is born of the spirit operates in the supernatural. New birth positions us to walk in the supernatural. Isaiah 8:18(KJV) “Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion”. Hebrews 12: 22-24 clearly define Mount Zion. In the order of procreation every child of God follow after the order of God clearly stated in John 3:16(KJV) “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life”. The bible further reiterated this in John 1:12(KJV) “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name;”. By this it means that every child of God shares eternal life with God, which means we carry supernatural identity. We are partakers of God’s divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). God is in His word , John 1:1-2(KJV) “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God”. When we feed on God’s word we are feeding on God’s divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). As we feed on the word of God we build divine capacity which is the supernatural personality (John 10:35). We develop faith and capacity as we study and gain revelation from the word (Romans 10:17), the higher our insight in the word the greater the increase in our faith which provokes a higher level of command in the supernatural.
Studying and meditating on the word of God accelerates our inroad into the realm of the supernatural. This is what is meant in 2 Timothy 2:15(KJV) “Study to shew thyself approved unto God a workman that needed not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”.
Father, grant me the will for diligent study and meditation on your word in Jesus name.
