“Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the Lord , the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of The Lord.” 2 Kings 20:5 KJV
God created the heavens and the earth. He created all things. God says in Deuteronomy 32:39 KJV “See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.”
God can do all things which includes healing all sicknesses. It does not matter what name or how old the sickness has been. Our God can heal it. Hezekiah was the king of Judah and as in 2 Kings 19, we saw that he was sick such that he was at the point of death and God sent his prophet to him that he would die.
However Hezekiah went to God and reminded Him of how he has served him in righteousness and humbled himself before God. Right there God sent Prophet Isaiah back to the king that his prayers had been heard and he would be well and live for another fifteen years. His prayer caused God to reverse his earlier pronouncement.
God can do the same for you or your loved one as long as you are obedient and believe in him. A woman gave testimony in one of our church programs of how she raised three dead people in the hospital. Her daughter gave birth to twins and two of them died. She also passed out after giving birth to them. When the woman got to the hospital she prayed for them and the three dead came back to live!
So whether sicknesses or disease or even death, God is always ready to make us whole as long as we believe in him and lead a life that pleases him.
Prayer: Father, lay your healing hand on me and make me whole in Jesus name.
