“Being enriched in everything to all bountifulness which causeth through us thanksgiving to God” 2 Cor. 9:11 (KJV).
God’s plan for his children is that of all round prosperity and wellness. He desires that we prosper spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, materially, and in our career. He desires to enrich us in every dimension with grace to enable us live a life of impact and blessing to our world and to his kingdom. His plan is not that of beggarly life but of abundance so that we can live a life of contribution by meeting needs around us.
When we are enriched spiritually, we will be in position to meet the numerous spiritual needs of the church and the world around us. Being rich financially enables us to meet financial needs and being blessed with peace, sound mind, healthy marriages and rewarding relationships equips us to solve the social and relational problems in our world.
The world we live in is plagued with challenges ranging from spiritual, to social, financial and martial issues. Being so enriched in every thing puts us in position to be solution and not part of the problem of the society. This enables us to truly play our roles as the light of the dark world and salt of the earth that has lost its savour.
This enrichment makes life worth living as it spices this life with joy, hope, peace, faith and inner strength to overcome the various challenges life throws at us from time to time.
This grace enables us to live a life of thanksgiving and appreciation to God rather than complaining and being bitter with God and with life. God’s plan is that we be blessed to be a blessing to our world and to his kingdom. He enriches us with spiritual gifts, with natural talents, with health, with wealth and with abundant grace.
PRAYER: May your life be enriched with all the joy, peace, wisdom, wealth and the unsearchable riches of Christ.
