…Spreading the gospel of Christ

Bible Reading: Psalm 16, 1 John 1: 1-10

“I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved” – Psalm 16:8

There are many reasons why a child of God cannot be moved. A child of God who lives in the fear of the LORD is directed by God. Psalm 25:9(KJV): “The meek will he guide in judgement: and the meek will he teach his way.” God will give sound discretion to the righteous to guide his actions. By divine guidance the righteous will follow the leading of the Almighty and being led by God, he will not be a victim of satanic traps. The snares that take men captive will not catch him.

The righteous has a goodly heritage in Christ; one of which is divine direction. When God leads you, your lines will fall upon pleasant places. When you make a choice, it will always come out the best. Men will envy you because favour goes with those that are led by God.

Divine guidance enables you to take decisions based on godly principles, hence you cannot be moved. Jesus said in John 14:6(KJV): “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the father but by me.” So being a follower of Christ means you are a follower of the way, the truth and the life. The scriptures says, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” – John 8:32(KJV). Free from fear, satanic intimidation and harassment, failure, satanic encumbrances, hopelessness, lack of direction, and above all, fear from death.

It is these great qualities which the righteous, by divine empowerment, possesses that made the bible say in Proverb 28:1(KJV): “The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a Lion.” Firmness and unshakeable disposition are the hallmark of a righteous life. Total trust in God and faith in His word is a major ingredient of righteousness. Hence the scriptures say in Psalm 125:1(NKJV): “Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever.”

The actions of a righteous man are properly guided by the Lord. God delights himself in the life of the righteous. See what God said concerning Job in Job 1:7(KJV): “And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant, Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God and escheweth evil?” God expressed His delight over the life of Job.
My dear reader, hear what the bible says concerning the righteous: “Who keeps our soul among the living, and does not allow our feet to be moved” Psalm 66:9(NKJV). I prophesy over your life that from today the LORD shall not allow your feet to be moved, no power will be able to dislodge you from your given divine inheritance In Jesus Name. As you take the decision today to live for God, may the power of truth disarm every evil plan and purpose against your life in Jesus name.

Prayer: I pray today that every evil scale on your eye and blockade on your ear against the word of God be forcefully removed by the Holy Ghost fire. Be free in JESUS MIGHTY NAME.
