Bible Reading: Isaiah 23:1-18
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” – Phil. 4:19
It is ever tempting to look across the road and see someone that seems prosperous, but has no relationship with the true God. Indeed, our minds are trained to quickly absorb and process such information or observation (Jeremiah 12:1).
No matter what, God will surely show up. See what the Psalmist said in Psalm 37:25(KJV), “I have been young, and now I am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” You will not have to beg for bread. Much like joy comes with morning, so there is an appointed time that God will put sumptuous meal before His people. It is those that sit at the table that will eat out of the provision.
Prayer: As I wait on you Lord, I claim the benefits that you have prepared for me today, in Jesus name. Amen.
