Bible Reading: 2 Samuel 21 & 22. Luke 18:23-43.
“And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” – Luke 18:27 (KJV)
The bible is full of testimonies of things impossible with Men that God made possible. Such include among others; a woman with issue of blood for twelve years who the physicians could not heal but just touching the helm of Jesus Christ garment made her whole ( Luke 8:43-48), a man with infirmity for 38 years was made whole by the pronouncement of the Lord Jesus (John 5:5-9) and Lazarus was dead and buried for four days but Jesus Christ called him and he rose from death and lived thereafter ( John 11:14-44).
In our days, we have witnessed physically what were impossible by men but made possible by God. For example, a short man grew taller at a crusade ground in Lagos; a woman prayed for her daughter and two grandchildren that were dead in the hospital and they came back to life.
So what he did before, he is doing now and will do in future. That’s why Hebrews 13:8 (KJV) says, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.” God will do that which appears impossible in your life today in Jesus name. It does not matter what you are going through and how long it has been for, all you need is faith that Jesus can do all things, then worship him and pray to him today believing he hears you and expect your results thereafter. He will surely answer you. Luke 18:27 (KJV) says, “And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” He will show himself mighty in your life today.
After you have prayed, just continue to thank him for answered prayer and you will be amazed at his response. However, this can only work for you if you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour and are living a life of holiness. If you have not accepted him or you have backslided, just pray a simple prayer asking him for forgiveness for all your sins and promise him you will not go back to those sins again while accepting him as your Lord and Saviour. He will answer you today!
