The value of anything in the world today is easily seen by the price or amount for which that thing can be exchanged for. We talk about how expensive cars or houses can be because of their value in terms of the price they can be exchanged for. Bible made us understand that man is the most expensive or valuable of all things in the world to God. why is this so?
John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” God gave His only begotten Son, His best, for you and me! This act was so because of His love for man. No wonder David asked, “what is man that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visiteth him?”You are valuable! You are dearly loved by God. He gave His best to rescue you from the hold of the devil. In fact, He set redemption plan rolling immediately Adam sinned in the garden (Genesis 2:15).
So, never see yourself as ordinary. You are priceless before God. Never let anything put you down. The solution to that challenge is already before you in the person of Jesus, who rescued you. That is why today’s memory verse says, “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32 (KJV). Is it sickness, family issues, career threatening challenges, and all other evil works of the devil? Turn to God today and see Jesus in action in your life then will you understand the bible verse that if God be for us who can be against us (Romans 8:31).
