CONTINUATION OF LAST WEEK DISCUSS
Main scriptures: “Whom God set forth to be a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in his forbearance God had passed over the sins that we previously committed ” – Romans 3:25
Following from our series of discuss on the above subject matter it has become necessary to conclude by taking a look at other values derivable from the blood.of Jesus Christ
THE REDEMPTIVE VALUE OF THE BLOOD.
“Giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.
He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated into the kingdom of the son of His love,
in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sin” – Col. 1: 12-14.
From the above scriptures we understand that by the blood of Jesus Christ we have in redemption has made us worthy to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light, delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of the son of His love. By His blood he took us from the domain of Satan and brought us unto Himself, therefore, the blood forbids our being oppressed by the devil.
JUSTIFICATION BY THE BLOOD
“Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him” – Romans 5:9
The blood of Jesus justifies us from every guilt and sin. The blood was the all-conclusive ransom paid for sin. It is the answer provided by God for our innocence. Before God it presents us as if we have never sinned before. By it God declares and considers us guiltless and innocent. We have justification through the blood of Jesus Christ, which guarantees deliverance from wrath. There are two forms of wrath operating on earth – the wrath of God (Romans 1:18; 2:8), the wrath of the devil (Rev. 12:12). The blood of Jesus Christ justifies our exclusion from both of them
The blood pacifies the wrath of God. Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. – Exodus 12:13
Concerning the wrath of the devil the bible says “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb” Rev. 12:11
If God has justified us by the blood of Jesus, who then shall lay anything to your charge. If God says you are not guilty who can contradict it. Satan has no right or power to condemn as condemnation is the sole prerogative of Christ. By the blood of Jesus Christ you have been discharged and acquitted as not guilty of any sin and offence by the highest court both in heaven and on earth. The bible says when He sees the blood He will pass over, He will pass over you when He strikes against iniquity. it means that no force in hell is strong enough to condemn your destiny. Instead of condemnation Jesus Christ is making intercession for you, standing in the gap for your liberty and deliverance. Since it is only Christ who can condemn, it further means that your liberty on earth is guaranteed and eternal. You are safe from all wickedness of the devil through His blood.
THE BLOOD OUR STRONG HOLD
The blood is our stronghold in battle. When we turn to the blood we have turned to the answer. The blood is the secret place of His presence – Psalm 31:20, Psalm 27:5a. The blood of the covenant will bring you out of every pit and choking experience in life . It will set you free from hopelessness and resuscitate hope as you turn to it. – Zechariah 9:11,12 and 14. By the blood of the lamb, the prison gate is shattered, and your liberty is established. That terrible experience of spiritual and financial dryness you are passing through has already been dealt with by the blood of Jesus, – Return to your stronghold, you prisoners of hope. Even today I declare that I will restore double to you. – Zech. 9:12. Anytime you turn to the blood you have turned to the stronghold, you become invincible, too strong to be defeated.
CONCLUSION
The blood of Jesus is the most effective and devastating weapon of warfare. Nothing has ever been known to challenge its’ authority and power. It is our seal of victory in every conflict of life. We are not just calling the blood, we are operating with it as instrument of warfare in battle. Its’ potency is beyond human comprehension. The devil fought in heaven and lost by the blood, he will always remain a loser by the blood here on earth too, when it is applied in battle against him.
The blood of Jesus is God’s last card in battle. If they overcame him by the blood, then we will overcome with the blood also. If the blood was relevant for victory in heaven, then it must be super relevant here on earth. You belong to the heavenly places (Eph. 2:6), you are only an ambassador here on earth(2Cor. 5: 20). In heaven where you belong, the bible says the devil will always be silenced by the blood. By extension, it means to silence him in your affairs here on earth also, you must lift up the blood banner.

PRAYERS
I challenge every power militating against my destiny with the blood of Jesus Christ. In Jesus Name. Amen
I lift up the banner of the blood of Jesus against every wicked tongue speaking against my destiny. In Jesus Name. Amen.
From today I plead the blood of Jesus over all my activities(name your various activities e.g academics, farming, working etc) in the mighty name of Jesus, amen
I return to my stronghold of the Blood of Jesus Christ against the spirit of failure, satanic patterns, barrenness, evil marks (name as many that you are experiencing right now) in Jesus name. Amen.
I silence every devil speaking through human voice against my life and destiny by the blood of Jesus. In Jesus Name. Amen.
