TOPIC: THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP
“Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.” – Philippians 1:7 (KJV)
While Apostle Paul was at the frontlines preaching, the Philippian church to whom our text was written was in partnership with him. They stood with him in prayer and with their material substances. From Acts 16, we understand that these partners in Philippi consisted of prison wardens and businesspeople like Lydia. It is to these people that Apostle Paul said, “And MY GOD shall SUPPLY ALL your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:19(KJV).
As we see in our text, when you partner with a minister that preaches the gospel by praying and giving your money and material substances, you share in the rewards that are accrued to that minister and the ministry. You have a PART in every life that is reached whether you are there or not. Not only that, but you also share in the grace of God upon that ministry. Every step of faith that you take is amplified because you are connected to the grace of God. Get started today and make the partnership connection as the Spirit of God leads you in Jesus’ name!
