Bible Reading: Psalms 1-3; Acts 17:1-17
” And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;” – Acts 17:6 (KJV)
The gospel about Jesus Christ and His Kingdom is a message meant to be of help to the world, but rather it had troubled the world. The world see it as trouble because of her inability to change her mind. To be a part of God’s kingdom you must start by repenting, that is, changing your mind from your former ways.
Sadly, the perishing world refuse to leave their perishing state by rejecting the Kingdom message, the blindfolding power of the devil at work here (2 Corinthians 4:4). However, we are commanded to share this message wherever we find ourselves. In the above verse of the day, the disciples were accused of turning the world upside down anywhere they step their foot, which is a testament that they are doing the work they were sent.
Jesus has not changed. He is still the same. We must continue to share the message till we leave this world. Somebody would be saved today. Share this message everywhere.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, endue your people with the boldness and utterance needed to make an impact in the harvest field.
