TOPIC: GOD’S LOVE FOR MAN IS UNCONDITIONAL
Bible Reading: Nehemiah 9-11; Acts 4:1-22
“Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.” – Isaiah 49:15
Do you sometimes feel forgotten? I want to remind you today that you are always loved and remembered by God and there is nothing that can ever make God forget you.
Regardless of what is going on around you, don’t give in to the lies of the evil one saying to you that you have been forgotten by God. God cannot forget you because that will mean forgetting the great price that Jesus paid for you. Romans 8:34 says, “Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? “…
Jesus did not only die for you, He has a present-day ministry at the Father’s right hand interceding for you. Jesus is on your side no matter what you do or what you go through! It is not a ‘win or lose’ situation, it is a ‘win or win’ situation because the victory is yours in Christ Jesus.
In our text, God uses the love of a mother and a suckling child to remind us of His unending love for us. He is compassionate towards us because we are born from the womb of His Spirit. Just like any good mother would not need a reminder to feed her baby, the Father is always looking for ways to reach out to you and do you good. Isaiah 49:16 the next verse says, “Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.”
A nursing child does not have to do anything to deserve breast milk because the mother’s love is unconditional. In the same way, you don’t have to do anything to deserve the Father’s love. He loves you unconditionally. There is no possibility of God ever forgetting you. Just continue to give Him Glory
Confidently step out today and be reminded of God’s everlasting love for you and know that you have been marked out for special miracles and acts of God’s favor in Jesus’ Name.
Prayer: Father, I thank you because I am not forgotten. I receive special miracle today because God always remembered me.
