Bible Reading: Proverbs 25
“…so is he that singeth songs to an heavy heart” – Proverbs 25:20b (KJV).
The experiences in life sometimes would lead us to a period when nothing appears real to us. There are moments of laughter, moments of sorrow, moments of depression etc. No one is immuned to these moments as we encounter them at least once in a life time. I do know that when we are going through such unbearable moment we always like to look for those who could be of help to us in order for us to come out of the period very fast.
When someone is showing signs of heaviness around you, what are you supposed to do? Concern yourself with how the individual shall be brought out of the down moment. You are never expected to start spreading unwholesome reports that would further aggravate the situation where the man/woman is at that time. Your heart also may be heavy, in fact, the heaviness may be so thick that series of thoughts have started knocking at the door of your heart. Do not surrender to those thoughts because help shall come to you. Encourage someone today.. People are going through a lot. Do not add to their burden.
