“And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh”; Luke 21:27-28( KJV)
We understand from scriptures that glorious destinies are a product of victorious power encounters. Every great destiny is at the mercy of great power. Think about the birth periods of Moses and our Lord Jesus Christ, scores of innocent children were killed just to get them down.
You are a dynamite shot from heaven to effect positive change on the Universe. You are the salt of the earth and the light of the world. You are a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. You are a house build on a rock. You are uniquely engineered and wired up to impact the world. You are born to manifest power for the total liberation of all living things
It should not be a surprise then, that there are stiff oppositions on your path of glory. Every covenant open door opens new chapters of oppositions.
The above bible verses make us understand that we are sent as a glorious destiny. We also see that power precedes great glory. Power is the sign of our redemption from all forms of oppressions, suppressions and depressions we have suffered. If God rose for the enemy to scatter, we must rise before our enemies will be defeated for our redemption to show forth.
Apart from being righteous and holy, the need for an effective and fervent prayer life cannot be overemphasized. This is because the road to our promise land is flooded with thorns, broken bottles and all manner of obstacles which we must joyfully see as challenging opportunities to our victory.
Prayer: Father, grant me grace and baptize me with the Holy Spirit for my victory over life situations and circumstances.
