Bible Reading: Psalm 89,90; Romans 14
“The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou has founded them” Psalm 89:11 (KJV)
This Psalm points out something that we all need to keep in our hearts and demonstrate in our daily walk in life. The world and everything in it belongs to God; we are only making use of this space for a short period. However, how you handle the things here on earth matters to Him a lot.
Talking of His most important creation, Psalm 100:3 (KJV) says, “Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.” You were created by God and so in all you do you must take note of Him. Proverb 3:6 (KJV) says, “In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” We must look up to Him in everything we do if we are to live successfully here on earth.
The greatest man who ever lived on the earth gave us a secret to his greatness while here on earth. He says, “I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me” John 5:30 (KJV). You want to be a success and make impact on earth, then always remember in your heart that there is a creator who knows all things. So, seek for His direction. Don’t just live your life anyhow else your stay on earth may not be a fulfilled one.
On giving, the bible says, Proverbs 19:17 (KJV) says, “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him back.” The One who created all things is concerned about those who are finding it difficult to meet their daily needs and wants all to work together to make the earth a better place. God has made everything easy but we have made things complicated for ourselves (Ecclesiastics 7:29) by not following His instructions.
In all you do today, acknowledge God because He created you and cares about you.
