TOPIC: LIFTING THE VOICE OF TRIUMPH
Bible Reading: Isaiah 45-47, Colossians 3
“All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord will I destroy them” – Psalms 118:10 (KJV)
As a child of God we were not called to win sometimes and lose sometimes. We are victors by design! 2 Corinthians 2:14 (KJV) says, “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” With Jesus as our Captain, it is always from victory to victory!
It is true that there are times when we feel like we are surrounded by many problems all at once! I’m referring to those times when people say, “a man’s problems all come at once.” It doesn’t change a thing because one thing that is sure for the believer is victory over every single thing we are surrounded by. The Psalmist in Psalms 34:19 (KJV) says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.”
Our confidence is God’s deliverance at all times. If you refuse to be overwhelmed by the problems that seemingly want to hem you in and you lift up your voice of triumph, there’s no way they won’t all be overturned. The victory is in your voice and to be silent is to accept defeat.
There’s a voice of triumph that you must lift up because it is your code of victory in the realm of the spirit. Psalms 47:1 (KJV) says, “Oh, clap your hands, all you people! Shout to God with the VOICE OF TRIUMPH!” This “voice of triumph” is the voice that lifts God up and acknowledges Him as Supreme over all. When you lift God up through your words and songs, every problem bows and surrenders.
What you constantly say determines your location in the realm of the spirit. Don’t complain and murmur. It makes you prey to the evil one. It doesn’t matter how many things the enemy surrounds you with, never become prey to the devil with a voice of weakness.
Remembering who you are in Christ and constantly lifting the voice of triumph guarantees victory. Like the Psalmist you can say concerning all those situations, “… but in the Name of the LORD I will destroy them.”
Declare: Through Christ Jesus, I have the victory! It doesn’t matter what I’m surrounded by, my victory is sure. Glory to God!
