TOPIC: REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS
Bible Reading: Job 16–18; Acts 9:1–22
“Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.” — Psalm 32:11 (KJV)
Joy is one of the greatest blessings of the Christian life and a vital key to enjoying the fullness of God’s salvation. When joy diminishes, many areas of life begin to suffer. The Scriptures declare, “The vine is dried up… because joy is withered away from the sons of men” Joel 1:12 (KJV). Joy strengthens our faith, refreshes our relationships, and empowers us to walk in victory. Therefore, make rejoicing in the Lord a daily lifestyle rather than allowing circumstances to determine your attitude.
The Bible says, “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation” Isaiah 12:3 (KJV). Every provision God has made available through salvation is accessed with a heart full of joy. The enemy understands the power of joy and will often seek to rob believers of it through fear, discouragement, disappointment, or anxiety. Guard your heart diligently, for when joy is preserved, your spiritual strength and confidence remain intact.
Apostle Paul gave this timeless instruction: “Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice” Philippians 4:4 (KJV). Rejoicing is a deliberate choice, not merely an emotional response to favorable circumstances. As you continually rejoice in the Lord, He will strengthen you, sustain you through every challenge, and empower you to make progress and accomplish great exploits for His glory.
Prayer: Father, Let Your joy strengthen me daily and enable me to walk in victory, fruitfulness, and unwavering faith, in Jesus’ name.
